Program Descriptions

12-13U General Skills

This 2-hour high-energy camp is designed specifically for experienced 12–13U club athletes (based on the 2025 club season). All athletes must have played on a competitive club team before. Each session will challenge players to take their game to the next level by advancing their individual skills (passing, serving, setting, attacking, blocking, and defence), while also emphasizing game strategy and tactical play. Through high-rep drills, small-group instruction, and gameplay, participants will gain exposure to the intensity and pace of a high-performance training environment--all while having fun and building confidence. Each session runs for two hours a day over five consecutive weekdays.
Best for:
12-13U Club Athletes

14-17U First Contact (Passing, Serving, Defence)
This 2-hour high-intensity camp is designed for experienced boys and girls who recently completed the 14-17U competitive club season. With a sharp focus on First Contact skills--passing, serving, and defence—athletes will train in a fast-paced, high-rep environment aimed at elevating consistency, precision, and court awareness. Led by experienced coaches, this session is built to challenge and refine the fundamentals that set the tone for every play.
Best for: Outside Hitters, Rightsides & Liberos (other positions are welcome)

14-17U Attacking & Passing
This 2-hour high-intensity camp is designed for boys and girls who recently competed in the 14-15U competitive club season. Designed to sharpen two critical aspects of the game--attacking and passing—athletes will work through dynamic drills that emphasize timing, technique, and tactical execution. With a balance of high-rep passing reps and focused attacking work from various zones, this session challenges players to elevate their all-around game in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Best for: Outside Hitters, Rightsides & Liberos (other positions are welcome)

14-17U Setters
This 2-hour high-intensity camp is designed exclusively for dedicated setters who have recently competed the 14-17U competitive club season. Athletes will train in a fast-paced environment focused on proper hand positioning, decision-making, footwork, and court leadership. With plenty of ball touches and position-specific feedback, this camp challenges setters to refine their consistency, tempo, and tactical awareness. This camp will be led by Jared Krause - former professional and UBC setter, current head coach of the PCVC 18U Boys Volleyball team.
Best for: Setters

14-17U Middle & Setters

This 2-hour high-intensity, position-specific camp is built exclusively for setters and middle blockers who recently competed in the 14-17U competitive club season. Athletes will train in a fast-paced, high-rep environment focused on timing, connection, and coordination between setters and middles. Setters will work on tempo, accuracy, and decision-making, while middles will focus on quick attacks, transition movement, and blocking technique. Designed to sharpen on-court chemistry and elevate individual skills, this camp is perfect for players looking to dominate the middle of the game.
Best for: Middles & Setters
