Refund Policy
Cancellation PRIOR to the start of a program
Parent/player will have the option of a full credit towards a future PCVC program (usable by anyone on the Family's account) or a refund minus a 10% administration fee (to the payment method used during registration). The 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Except for extenuating circumstances, NO REFUNDS will be given for Club team registration fees after a player has committed to the team. Refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
Cancellation AFTER THE START of a program
A pro-rated refund will be provided for the remaining missed sessions, less a 20% administration fee. NO REFUNDS will be given after 50% of the program is complete. The 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Except for extenuating circumstances, NO REFUNDS will be given for Club team players after a player has committed to the team. Refund requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
Suspension or Cancellation of a Program by the Club
In the event a program must be suspended or cancelled for any reason prior to its scheduled conclusion, the Club will provide a pro-rated refund for any recoverable costs associated with the registration fee. Money collected for unrecoverable costs such as paying coaches for their time, non-refundable facility rentals, insurance, uniforms/clothing, equipment, and other fixed costs is non-refundable. Sessions are only cancelled if we lose access to the facility. If the facility is open, sessions will continue to run. In the event of a cancelled session, every effort will be made to hold a make-up session at a later date. Due to gym availability this is not always possible. If there is no make-up session, we will offer a credit to a future program for the missed day(s). The amount of credit will be determined by the Club based on recoverable costs and a breakdown of this amount will be provided to all registrants.
Beach Volleyball
Programs will run rain or shine. In the event of lightning, sessions may be suspended for a short period of time or cancelled. If a program is “suspended” (onsite delay), no refunds or credits will be given. If a session is cancelled, a credit will be issued for a future program.
